JUMS:  Southwest Community Center, West Seattle, WA

JUMS, an acronym for " Jellyfish Umbrella Mushroom sculptures," were designed for the entrance at Southwest Community Center in West Seattle.  The forms and colors of the JUMS loosely reference jellyfish, umbrellas, and mushrooms from the pacific Northwest.  They are constructed of powder coated steel bar at the base and stem and translucently dyed fiberglass with polka dots above.
